Chartered Surveyor
Qualifications required: MRICS – chartered surveyor in building surveying discipline.

Role & Experience: Required to have knowledge and experience of Cavity walls insulation systems and problems with cavity walls insulations and the remedial actions required to fix the common issues with cavity wall insulation systems. Experience as expert witness on matters involving defective cavity wall insulations is also required. Role: This is not an expert witness role, although working as expert witness may be required occasionally to stand in for other expert witnesses or to deal with urgent expert witness work. The normal day to day work will involve screening cases which may have a potential cavity wall defective insulation claim using picture, videos and other information provided by the surveying staff. Liaison with other surveyors (expert witnesses) and liaison and leadership of other surveying staff. It is predominantly an office-based role. Service Delivery Manager
Qualifications required: A qualified solicitor (ex or retired solicitor), barrister (ex or retired barrister) in personal injury and/or commercial law or someone from legal practice management background will be an ideal candidate.

Role & Experience: You will be overseeing the service delivery (delivery of services of expert witness reports). Overseeing and managing team of case handlers, expert liaison team and other related teams. Your role will involve complaints handling and account management of large accounts and advising the organisation on various compliance, contract and other commercial matters and act as director of the company/group (if required). Case Handler
Qualifications required: No formal qualification required, however, a degree in law, LPC, SQE or Bar course will be ideal.

Role & Experience: This is a role of case handler who will become part of a team of case handlers and will have his or her own case load to work on. A typical day at work will require you to book appointments for clients with expert witnesses, liaise with the experts and instructing party (usually at file handler at instructing solicitors office), obtain diaries/availabilities of expert witnesses and chase any overdue reports from the expert witnesses.
